When you submit a topic, comment or reply, the community stores your display name, message, posting time, thread association and moderation status. Approved posts are public. Pending and hidden posts are visible only to the moderator. Readers do not need an account or email address. The site currently has no email signup, analytics tag or active third-party advertising tag.
Session cookies and abuse prevention
Opening the discussion board or an article’s comment section uses an essential session cookie to protect forms. The same cookie supports moderator sign-in. Sessions expire server-side after at most two hours; moderator access expires after one hour of inactivity. This is not an advertising or tracking cookie.
The community uses keyed hashes derived from network addresses for posting limits and reader reports. It does not store raw IP addresses in its database. Rate-limit entries expire and are cleared during use. The hosting provider may keep separate technical logs.
Reports and retention
Reports store the selected reason, target post, time and a keyed reporter identifier. Posts and reports remain until the site owner removes them. A report can prompt review but does not automatically remove content. You can ask for removal using a post’s Report control or the moderation contact.
Hosting and external services
The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. Those services operate under their own policies. External source links, your RSS reader and your chosen sharing application also have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and RSS
The share button uses your browser’s share menu or copies an article link after you click it. The RSS feed is public content when the site is publicly available; it does not require an email address or create a subscriber account on this site.
Future changes
This notice must be updated before enabling analytics, advertising, forms or other data collection. Any consent controls and opt-out mechanisms applicable to the chosen services must be in place before those services are activated.
